House prices in Whitstable and Herne Bay increase

 Latest figures show the average house price in Whitstable is £394,403 and in Herne Bay it is £292,996. 

Local estate agents have said that they have seen an increase in interest in the Herne Bay and Whitstable properly market. We can put this down to people wanting to settle down in the towns which have recently been named in the top 5 coastal places to live in the United Kingdom. 

Also, as more people are working from home, there is less of a need to be so close to London so people are taking advantage of this and settling down the coast. 

Herne bay and Whitstable have always been popular with tourists, not just in Kent and London but nationwide. Mandeep Rai (the author of this post) has recently relocated from Folkestone after falling in love with the area whilst on a day trip and I doubt this will be the last relocation to the area.
